The same five-step rhythm, every single week.
Results come from routine, not from last-minute cramming. Every batch in every program runs on this cycle, from the first week to the last.

Learn the concept
Monday to Friday
Each topic is taught from first principles with worked examples, in a room small enough for every question to be asked out loud.
Practice the same day
After every class
Graded practice sheets start easy and finish at exam level, so practice builds confidence instead of anxiety.
Clear every doubt
Daily, 4 PM to 8 PM
A faculty member runs the doubt clinic every evening. Bring any question from any chapter and leave with it solved.
Test under exam conditions
Every Sunday
A timed test, checked the same day, with a question-by-question analysis of where marks were lost and why.
Review with a mentor
Every fortnight
Your mentor turns test results into a plan for the next two weeks, and parents receive a clear written report.
Why Fulcrum
Built the way coaching should work, not the way it usually does.
Large coaching centers are designed to scale. We are designed to notice. Here is what that means, side by side.
| What matters | At most large centers | At Fulcrum Academy |
|---|---|---|
| Batch size | 80 to 150 students in a lecture hall | 24 students, capped for the whole year |
| Doubts | Solved once a week, if there is time | A faculty-run doubt clinic every evening |
| Testing | Monthly tests, results a week later | Weekly tests, analyzed the same day |
| Parent updates | A report card at the end of each term | A written progress report every fortnight |
| Study material | Generic printed modules | In-house practice sheets, revised every year |
| Missed classes | Catch up on your own | Class recording plus a Saturday make-up class |

Results
Progress you can see on paper.
We track every student's marks week by week, so progress is never a matter of opinion. Here is what it looks like from the other side of the desk.
“I used to skip Physics questions in tests because I never knew where to start. Dr. Rao made me write out every step, every single week. I went from 54 in my mid-year exam to 91 in the final.”
Riya Sharma
Grade 12, Senior School program
Physics marks
From 54to 91
“The fortnightly reports told us exactly what was happening, chapter by chapter. For the first time we knew what to ask our son about, instead of only asking about marks.”
Sunita Nair
Parent of a Grade 10 student
“The Sunday tests felt brutal for the first month. By the time the real entrance exam came, three hours under pressure felt completely normal.”
Aditya Kulkarni
Engineering Entrance, 2026 batch
Questions
What parents ask us most.
If your question is not here, bring it to the demo class. That is what it is for.
What happens in the free demo class?
Your child joins a regular class in their program for an hour, then takes a 30-minute diagnostic test. A mentor goes through the results with you the same day and suggests the right batch. There is no fee and no obligation to enroll.
How do you keep every batch at 24 students?
We cap enrollment for every batch. When one fills up, we open a new batch with its own timetable instead of adding more chairs to the room.
What if my child misses a class?
Every class is recorded and shared the same evening, and a make-up class runs every Saturday for anyone who missed a topic during the week.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes. Students who do well in our admission test receive a fee waiver of up to 50 percent. The test is free and held every second Sunday.
Can my child join in the middle of the year?
Yes, if there is a seat in the right batch. Their mentor plans catch-up sessions for the chapters the batch has already covered.
How will we know how our child is doing?
Parents receive a written progress report every fortnight and can meet the mentor on the last Saturday of every month. You never have to wait for a report card to find out.
Free demo class
See how we teach before you decide.
Your child sits in on a real lesson, takes a short diagnostic test and leaves with a written note on where they stand. It costs nothing.
What happens next
- We call you within one working day to fix a time that suits you.
- Your child attends a live class and a 30-minute diagnostic test.
- A mentor walks you through the results and recommends a batch.
